Pensacola is a really neat place to hang out for a few weeks.  There are so many things to see and do it is hard to know where to start.  And I can’t believe we have already been here eight days!!!

It is said a Picture is worth a thousand words, so here we go. 20121226_131104.jpg20121223_151218.jpg

The historic fort served for over 100 years.  World War ll brought big guns like the one shown above.  There is tons of history in and around Pensacola.  Check out the Pensacola Light House.

Our Camp Host, Chuck told us how to fix the shrimp, Cajun style and wow it was good.

Then there was the Naval Aviation Museum, this is a must see when you are in the area.  The Blue Angels are based here and while they are in California now they will be back in Pensacola in March.

So we have had a few very fun days here in Pensacola.  We will be here for a few more days then on to Alexander Springs.  I believe we will stop here when we are headed north later in early February.  There is so much more sea food to eat we simply have to do our part to help out.20121226_171117.jpg
